2 tbsp Baking Cocoa, Organic (by THINCEIL) 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour (by CSIENK) 50 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams) .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Stevia in the Raw (I use a squirt of the Aldi brand liquid stevia, adjust to your taste, less is more)
Directions
melt butter in mug, add rest of ingredients and stir well. bake in microwave for 60-90 seconds.
