5 serving Polenta, Trader Joe's Pre-Cooked, 1/5 of 18 oz tube (3.6 oz/102g) 3.5 cup Goya Black Beans .5 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chop onion and slice tube of polenta. Stir fry onion in oil. Add polenta and cook until brown on each side, flipping over in middle of cooking. Add can of beans and cook until beans are heated, with spices to taste (smoked paprika is recommended.)
