Polenta and Beans

Ingredients
5 serving Polenta, Trader Joe's Pre-Cooked, 1/5 of 18 oz tube (3.6 oz/102g) 3.5 cup Goya Black Beans .5 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop onion and slice tube of polenta. Stir fry onion in oil. Add polenta and cook until brown on each side, flipping over in middle of cooking. Add can of beans and cook until beans are heated, with spices to taste (smoked paprika is recommended.)

    I am not rating it-however, I will not used this dish due to INCREDIBLY high
    calories! Including high sodium! No thanks to eating and most definitely gaining weight! - 9/30/18
