Homestyle Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour1 c milksalt and pepper1 c water
Directions
Crumble and cook pork sausage until browned. Add the flour a little bit at a time until all the flour is soaked into the sausage grease. You may need to adjust the amount. Add the milk, stirring constantly. Add water, stirring until the only lumps are the sausage pieces. You may need to adjust the water amount also.
