1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)1.0 oz Colby Cheese0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)5.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 oz Sunflower Seeds, with salt added3.0 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
