beef stew

Ingredients
6 white or red potatoes 2cups carrots 2 cups mushrooms 2 cups onions 4tsp of worchestire sauce 3 tsp beef bouillion 5 cups water 8oz of simmering steak 1tbsp flour 1tbsp oil salt and pepper 2tbsp of cornstarch
Directions
cut beef into 1 inch cubes roll them in flour and fry in pan with oil till brown chop potatoes in 11/2 inch cubes cut onions in 1 inch cubes cut mushrooms into smaller pieces add all the ingredients to the crock pot along with the bouillion cube and worchestire sauce and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 at the end mix one/two tbsp of cornstarch with water and add to crock pot to thicken the gravy
