Ingredients
15.5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 4 fl oz White Wine1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 0.2 cup Corn Starch 0.5 tsp Salt 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 227 grams of fresh mushrooms1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Cook chicken in oil until browned. Move to side or remove. Add mushrooms , onions, garlic. Cook until tender. Add Marsala wine. Bring to boil. Mix cornstarch & chicken broth to thicken. Add potatoes. Then add chicken mushrooms mixture. Simmer Serving Size: Makes 6 serving
