Mixed veggies for scrambled egg or omelet

Ingredients
1 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tbsp Celery, raw 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .50 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Blast saute pan with Pam or other spray oil and add chopped veggies. Saute to your taste ( I like mine crunchy.) Once veggies are to your liking, pour over egg mixture. From there, prepare your omelet or just scramble the veggies into your eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. This recipe doesn't include cheese, but feel free to add your favorite!

Serving Size: Helps make one veggie omelet or 1.5 scrambled eggs.
