Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 8 leaf, large Cabbage, fresh 3 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .5 tsp Paprika 1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Brown meat and onions, add seasoning to taste
Prepare rice with stock and water to taste
Par boil cabbage leaves to make pliable
Mix rice, meat and egg, season with garlic and other seasonings.
Stuff cabbage leaves with mixture and roll tightly like a burrito
Place rolls in baking dish and cover with marina sauce.
Bake 350deg F for 20-30 minutes until leaves are tender and stuffing is cooked through.
