Blackberry Acai Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 - Cup All Organic 100% Acai Fruit Juice1/2 - Cup Frozen Blackberries 1/2 Cup or 1 single serving container (6 oz) Lowfat Yogurt - plain or flavored. 1 Large Fresh Egg1 Medium Banana
Directions
Add all Ingredients into a blender and blend for approx 1 minute. Smooth and Yummy.

I have used blackberry yogurt and orange and cream yogurt as a substitute for plain. Just adds a little extra flavor.

I also add my daily multi-vitamin to the mixture. The blender blends it up good so I don't have to choke down an bitter vitamin.
