Lucky Peas and Greens

Ingredients
453 gram Black Eye Beans (Dry uncooked weight) (by C25KGAL) 4 cup, chopped Turnip Greens 10 oz rotel tomato w diced green chilis (by REDEE2DROP) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 4 clove Garlic 8 cup Kitchen Basics Original Vegetable Stock (by ADDIEKELLER) 12 oz with bone, cooked (yield af Turkey drumstick (leg), smoked 2 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared)
Directions
Chop all veggies put in crockpot along with soaked beans. add turkey leg and stock. cook on high in crockpot for 5 to 6 hours. add in rice the last 30 minutes
