Low Carb Taco Soup

Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 oz Cream Cheese 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 3 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 cup Beans, black
Directions
Brown meat, drain. Add in creamed cheese, smashing with spoon until meat is fully coated. Add in 2 cans of rotel tomatoes, beans, and broth. Cook on low for about 10 minutes. Add the cream, cook 5 minutes more. Add any seasonings you want while cooking the meat. Skip the beans for truly low carb.
