Ingredients
8 cup Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 6 clove Garlic 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 oz Cured Ham 16 oz *Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage (by WAIT4IT) 6 cup, chopped Mustard greens, fresh
Directions
Sautéed onions, garlic, and celery. Add peas, broth, ham, and sausage. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for half an hour. Add greens. Serve with rice or cornbread
