Broccoli and Stilton soup

Ingredients
75 grams Blue Cheese 350 grams Broccoli, fresh 1 large Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 150 grams Potato, raw
Directions
Lightly fry onion and garlic, add veg and stock and boil for 20 mins, then crumble in cheese and stir until melted.
