Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Cream Cheese3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Rosemary0.25 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Separate eggs. In small food processor combine egg yolks, cream cheese, honey, and salt. Puree until smooth. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form. Fold in egg yolk mixture. Spoon mixture onto pan in 8 equal parts, and spread out keeping in circle shapes. Sprinkle Rosemary and additional salt on top. Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool, and use as bread. Keep in fridge up to 3 days, or freezer for 14 days. Serving Size: 8 rounds
