4 lb Beef, brisket, trimmed2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw chunks3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw plus leaves chunks1 large Onions, raw sliced.25 cup Corn Starch, potato starch, or arrowroot 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Onion powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Paprika water to cover meat2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
mix spices with starch. rub over meat. place in standard size crockpot, add water to reach top of meat, but not over it. add worchestershire sauce to water. add veggies to pot and cover. cook 8 hours on high. add potatoes cut into 1/4's. lower heat & cook until done ( about an hour)
