General Tso's Tofu

Ingredients
1.0 cup Vegetable Broth2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce0.25 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)2.0 tbsp Maple Syrup1.0 block Tofu, soft1.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 tsp Garlic
Directions
Mince garlic clove and ginger root. Drain tofu, then chop into cubes. Firm tofu in pan. Add minced items. Add ketchup, soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha sauce. Gradually add veggie broth and stir to thicken.
