0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 dash Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup Spinach, frozen4.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour10.0 oz Barilla Medium Pasta Shells0.33 cup italian breading
Preheat 375°F
Sauteed onions using olive oil, then add flour. Mix well.
Gradually add milk, whisk and simmer until thickened.
Mix breading, red pepper in small bowl.
Cook noodles, once strained add tuna, spinach and contents of small bowl. Now mix 1/2 of your cheese and 1/2 your sauce.
Put into greased Casserole dish then pour rest of sauce on top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
Put in oven 20-30minutes
Let cool and enjoy
