Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw6.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans4.0 oz Tilapia filet
Directions
Saute veggies in 1Tbs olive oil. Once veggies have sauted a bit, throw in kale until wilted. Preheat oven to 425. Cook tilapia until done. Serving Size: Makes 6 serving
