Bannana Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Bannana 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 8 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 2.5 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Chia Gel: 1 cup Water 2-1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds combine in a mason jar; set aside 30 minutes
Blender: 2 Ripe Bananas 1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon. Combine bananas & coconut milk until smooth. add cinnamon. Add to mason jar with chia gel. refrigerate.
