My Veggie & Bean Slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 1 serving Hy-Top Onion Gravy Mix, prepared 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 cup Beans, black (rinsed)3 cup, diced Celery, raw 4 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Dice all potatoes and celery and place in slow cooker. Add two cans of no salt added tomatoes, beans, frozen mixed vegetables. Prepare gravy mix and add. Add rosemary and thyme. Add 3 cups water. Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
