2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g2.0 cup Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat2.0 tbsp Old bay seasoning
Mix ingredients - Pat together tightly to form 4 inch cakes.Fry in medium heated pan turning 3 or 4 times until desired browned. I use vegetable spray in non stick pan to reduce calories.
Splash with Tabasco or lemon juice as desired.
Add tartar sauce or seafood sauce if you choose.
Neither is figures in calorie count.
