2 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 3 cup Beans, black 4 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
heat oil
cook garlic, pepper and onion
add rest and cook until quinoa is done
