Ingredients
1 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges 1 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick Pineapple, fresh 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 6 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
add ingredients to 60 oz blender container
blend on smoothie or high if not a vitamix until smooth
add one cup ice to chill or more and blend until desired thickness
