Ingredients
280 gram(s) Almond Flour, Blanched (Honeyville) (by TIANAKI) 7 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 7.5 tsp Baking Powder 6 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Salt 9 large Egg white, fresh 6 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 14 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Mix all dry Ingredients, mix egg and vinegar and add to wet Ingredients mix with electric mixer till incorporated, add boiling water, and mix well with electric mixed, do not overtovert mix. Put in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees for 80 to 90 minutes
