3 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Green Beans (snap) 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Use swirl machine to swirl carrots and zucchini Add all together and cook for 5 mins till tender Serving Size: 3 1 1/2 cup servings
