Fried Rice

Ingredients
4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 package (10 oz) Peas and carrots, frozen 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Microwave bacon and set aside. Add olive oil to skillet and saute onion, crumbled bacon, and peas and carrots for 5 minutes. Add rice and soy sauce, mix well till heated through. Serve hot .
