Spaghetti squash sweet potato quiche

Ingredients
8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 cup Spaghetti Squash6.0 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey4.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt2.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
Directions
Squash is cooked and formed into crust. Saute mea and onions. When cooked wilt spinach in pan and turn off heat. Line pan with sliced cucumber, then pan w meat, cover with beaten eggs. Bake 1 hr at 350F.
