Apple carrot pepper mushroom slaw

1.0 serving Apple - Red Delicious1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Slice all items thin . You can shave carrots and apples if you like. Mix in bowl and squeeze half a lemon and mix in. Sprinkle with lemon thyme .
