Ingredients
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Honey 0.50 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 0.50 cup Almond Milk 1.5 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz
Directions
Combine rolled oats, almond milk and honey in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In nonstick pan, warm coconut oil over a medium heat. Add banana slices in a single layer and cook for 1 minute per side or until golden.

Retrieve oat mixture and stir in cinnamon and sea salt. Garnish with bananas and pecans.
