Ingredients
296 gram(s) Potato - Plain Baked Russet Potato 1.25 serving Cheese, Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style (1/3 Cup) 0.5 cup cheese - shredded taco cheese (by YELLOWROSE804) 6 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: Pork Sausage 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.33 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) .25 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Dice potatoes and microwave for 4-5 mins with 1/4 cup of water. Brown sausage and add potatoes and diced peppers. Remove from heat and add Italian cheese. Spread out in sprayed pie pan. In measuring cup, mix eggs and milk and add salt and pepper to taste. Poor evenly over the sausage mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
