Chicken - Chicken Fried Cauli - Rice

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 567 gram(s) Cauliflower, Frozen, Shoprite 567 g bag 12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast Ground ginger to taste
Directions
Defrost frozen cauliflower, shred OR if fresh steam and then shred, allow to cool, squeeze as much liquid as you can, set aside.

Heat 1 Tbl. oil in large frying pan or wok, cook scrambled eggs, chop and set aside.

Cook or heat up meat and garlic in same pan, then set aside.

Add remaining oil and stir fry rice about 10-20 min, till loose and fluffy not clumpy.

Add soy sauce and other seasonings and mix well. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.

My family likes to add Duck sauce, but we can't.
