Healthy English Muffin Pizza

Ingredients
1 serving Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffins 1/4 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 8-10 slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
1. Toast both halves of the English Muffins (EM) lightly,
2. Put 1 slice of tomato on each half of the EM, more or less to your preference.
3. Sprinkle each lightly with cheese.
4. Top with 4-5 pepperoni's on each EM.
5. Sprinkle lightly with a bit more cheese on top.
6. Microwave for about 20-30 seconds, to make the cheese a bit more melty and to warm up your pizza.
7. Enjoy!
