Ingredients
1 Serving(s) Mild shredded cheddar reduced fat 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup) 2 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 0.5 cup *Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream 2 serving Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp 0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 Dice chicken and season with seasoning of choice Mix soup, sour cream, mayo, lemon juiced and salt/pepper in a bowl. Line casserole dish with frozen broccoli and chopped mushrooms Pour chicken and soup mixture over broccoli and mushrooms Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, sprinkle cheddar Cheese and breadcrumbs with slivers of butter and bake for remaining 5 minutes
