Chocolate Protein Truffles

Ingredients
2 scoops Vega protein and greens - chocolate1 tbsp Almond Butter 1 tbsp Honey .5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened (for coating)
Directions
Mix together protein powder and oats
Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon and water and mix to form a dough
Form into 1-inch balls and coat in cocoa powder
Refrigerate or eat right away!
