Hoisin Tofu

Ingredients
12 ounces tofu, cubed2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms7 ounces stir-fry vegetables1/3 cup hoisin sauceBrown rice
Directions
Add all ingredients except rice to a hot skillet or wok, and stir-fry until heated through. Serve immediately over rice. Makes 4 servings.
