Turkey - Pepper hash

Ingredients
1 clove Garlic 1 shallot1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can corn, drained and rinsed3 bell peppers (any combo of red, orange, yellow)1 lb Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra leanOptional: garnish with avocado and greek yogurt
Directions
SEASON TO TASTE

Cook peppers either in oven or on skillet - chop roughly, set aside

Sautee garlic and shallot
Add ground turkey - cook
Add peppers, corn, and beans, cook together until well combined
