Quinoa with Roasred Mushrooms and Garlic

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa, white, cooked (by DAWNJAMIN) 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Roast mushroom and garlic in 350 F oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Add roasted mushrooms and garlic to cooked quinoa and mix. Fluff with fork and serve.
