No mac in this Cheese

Ingredients
0.5 tsp Salt 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese 3 oz Cheese- Med Cheddar Cheese Tillamook 2 oz Dubliner Irish Cheese 1 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 serving Hempler's Smoked Bacon (per slice) (by VALKYRIEOFBI)
Directions
Cut up cauliflower and steam until al dente.
Bring cream to a simmer and add in spices, cheeses, and mustard.
Place it all in a baking dish, top with cheese and bake for about 20min and 375.
I added in bacon, chicken, and spinach because it was all left overs.
