Ingredients
2 lbs of Lean Ground Beef2 Whole Sweet Onions, Chopped2 46oz Cans 100% Tomato Juice4 15oz Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (Drained)4 tbsp Chili powder (or to taste)
Directions
In an 8-quart stockpot, brown the ground beef, draining when done. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook the chili down until it has reached your desired consistancy. I usually cook my chili for a couple of hours until it is nice and thick. You can add whatever other seasonings you like to make the chili more to your taste.
