Ingredients
1.0 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce1.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh3.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Chow Mein Noodles1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 serving Cooked Medium size shrimp (8 shrimp)3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 tbsp Peanut Oil
Directions
Thaw frozen cooked shrimp and marinade in sauces while chopping vegetables. Stir fry veggies in wok with peanut or sesame oil 5-7 minutes or until veggies are tender, remove and set aside covered. Cook shrimp in wok until shrimp curls up and is opaque. Stir in cooked veggies and cook another 3-5 minutes, then remove mixture and cover. Add cooked chow mein noodles to wok with veggie/shrimp. May add some soy sauce, five spice powder or garlic for extra flavor. Cook mixture for another 5 minutes. Enjoy! Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup
