30 grams Wheat bran, crude 10 grams Flour, whole grain 1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 100 mL Water, tap 1 tsp Paprika, ground (by NGILBERT87) 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add liquids. Refrigerate for half an hour. Spread (1 cm high) and bake on parchment paper until crispy
