4 serving Egg white, large 20 grams Quaker Oat Bran Cereal 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.5 cup Trader Joes Fat Free Cottage Cheese 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Lightly beat the egg whites. Add the mixture. Bake for 20 min at 180. Can be baked as 2 small rolls or (with parchment paper) in a small loaf tin
