Ingredients
3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.5 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend (optional)1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1 Tbsp baking powder
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Thoroughly mix wet ingredients. Mix them together, then add the cheese.

Spray muffin tin. Bake 10-12 mins at 400º
