Paleo Chicken Fried Chicken

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Salt 300 grams Chicken Breast, with skin
1. Preheat the oven to180C.
2. Place the chicken and splash over some olive oil, mix up a little to coat the chicken
3. Place all other ingredients into a plastic bag, check for holes, and shake to combine. Then place the chicken into the bag. Toss to coat.
4. Place chicken back into baking tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes, until cooked/golden brown.
Serving Size: Half portion each
