Sweet and sour stir fry beef

Ingredients
2.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw6.0 oz Beef, top sirloin1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar0.5 cup Soy Sauce8.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cook beef by quick frying strips. Cook thoroughly. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon and vinegar in saucepan with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add beef and simmer for about 90 minutes. Stir fry vegetables in tbsp of canola oil. Add 1 chicken bouillon cube or packet for flavor if desired. And add any other vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles.
