Oatmeal cookie dough bites

Ingredients
2 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Honey 1 cup Oats, Quaker 0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins 0.25 cup water1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanillaPinch of nutmegPinch of salt
Directions
Soak the cashews for a few hours until they are not as firm. Rinse the cashews and blend in the food processor with honey, melted coconut oil, water and seasoning until the texture is almost pasty then hand mix in the oats and raisins then press the mixture into a 24 piece mini muffin tray and freeze for at least an hour but overnight is better. Don't let them sit out for a while they taste better frozen - it's like eating raw frozen cookie dough
