2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 large Onions, raw 12 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
mince peppers and onion
fine chop spinach
whisk all everything together
bake at 300 till done
I suggest using cupcake liners for easier cleaning
