7 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 6 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1.1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Combine oats, ½ cup almond milk, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl or jar; mix well, cover and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
