2 serving Egg white, large 80 gram Yogurt, Chobani, Plain non-fat Greek yogurt 6 oz 170g 0.25 cup Hodgeson Mill Whole Wheat Graham Flour (by MIKITTA) 0.5 serving Apple Cortland 1 Serv of Med Apple (154g) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 4 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
