Portobello Mushroom Burgers

2 large portobello mushrooms 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 cloves Garlic, minced1 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp. black pepper2 large slices, of tomato2 lettuce leaves2 slices of red onion2 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
1. Clean the mushrooms well and leave whole, removing stem.
2. Combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Brush mixture onto outer surface of mushrooms
3. In non-stick skillet on medium-high heat, place mushrooms, outer side down.
4. Top mushrooms with remainder of balsamic mixture.
5. Cover skillet and let cook for 5 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to medium, flip mushrooms, and cover skillet.
7. Let cook for 5 more minutes.
8. Place a mushroom on each burger, add condiments, onion, tomato and lettuce.
